P.F.C. Ernest George Stultz, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. George Stultz of North Chestnut street has been given the Philippine Liberation Medal. Holder of the Combat Infantrymen's Badge, P.F.C. Stultz is a battle wise veteran of three major campaigns against the Japanese.

William Thomas Wallace, born 19 Aug 1912 in Rochester, Monroe, New York and died 12 Aug 1960 in Rochester, Monroe, New York.

He was wounded in the right arm by shrapnel May 1, 1944, during the Okinawa invasion. He also participated in the landings at Guam, Leyte, and Ie Shima with the 77th Infantry Division.
